OK, I'll start at the beginning...

I am from the UK, so iTunes music is m4a...
I recently downloaded 2 songs from a user in Soulseek, but these were in m4p format, which meant they came straight from the American iTunes...
I cannot play them, or convert them in any way, as it asks for (his/her) iTunes username/account and password!

Now my question is -- is there still a way for me to convert them even though they are protected? Can I overide the problem with his iTunes account?

PLEASE HELP! THANX

No way for you to convert them in any way, shape, or form if they are not your tracks.

That's exactly the point of DRM. So they can't be shared on illegal P2P file sharing programs.

If you can play it on your media players, ther are some ways to convert.
Burn and rip, use Noteburner or Notecable or Tunebite or Soundtaxi...
