Various Artists Help Needed

Hi all,

When I rip a CD with various artists in it, like a movie soundtrack, dMC puts all the the songs in folders of the artists and not in the folder for the soundtrack itself.

Any idea how to get dMC to rip into a folder and keep the right tagging?

Unfortunately, dMC r11.5 and below doesn't properly support CDs with more than one artist. A fix is that you change your folder creation settings to just album/(your track naming convention) and then change it back after you rip the various artists CD.

Edit: As Spoon says, dMC r12, currently in alpha, properly supports Various Artist CDs.
