I've registred dbPowerPack and when I open SvetaExplorer ( to transfert MP3s to my MP3player ) i get this message :

The 'Power Pack' needs to be installed to run this program, visit www.dbpoweramp.com to install.

the problem is, powerpack is already installed !

please help me

Make sure you have installed it to the same place as Sveta

i've reinstall it in the same directory and I get the same error message.

Run Start >> Programs >> dBpowerAMP Music Converter >> Configuration >> dMC Configuration

It will tell you the status of the Power Pack.

it says :

Power Pack : release 2
registred : Yes

Install the Power Pack release 3.

I uninstalled power pack release 2 and installed release 3,
i got the same problem

Mail me at dbpoweramp@dbpoweramp.com with the name used to register and I will issue a new power pack.

even with the demo version i get this message...

If a warez version has been installed then you are on your own...
