Will Not Convert Whole M4b…

I have tried several times to convert several M4b(s); the program takes off and creates MP3 files, which are all 0 kb. I am not sure what I am doing wrong; I have paid for the program and obtained the M4b codec… Little help?

Are the m4b files protected? (ie copy protected from iTunes Music Store).
