Resizable, wider edit tag window and better navigation

I'd like a resizable Edit Tag window.
Some of my tags (e.g. title) are wider than the screen.
I'd like the default width wider.
Perhaps the window could auto size to the width of the text.

Return closes the dialog box when editing a tag.
I'd like it to go to the next tag.
I'd like to tab to go to the next tag as well.

TAB, Shift-TAB field navigation would still be useful - it is the standard.

R12 is different (it uses enter also to go to the next field), TAB is for switching between controls.

R12 is also resizable...
