Fastest way to make mp3s from 1000 CDs? Please look!

All I want is a program that makes mp3s (fills the tags from CDDB automatically), ejects the CD and I put in the next CD... etc. I don't want to push any buttons aside from setting up the intial settings like 320 kbps, CBR, js etc... This will make it much easier to rip and encode thousands of CDs.

what program can do this? It must be in Windows.

dMC almost does this, but not quite. I think it prompts you about FreeDB info if there are multiple-entries.

multiple entries? like it found 2 or more matches from cddb to the cd I put in? that would be okay because it wouldn't happen that often, I assume.

With me, it happens every few CDs, mostly because the same CD is under different genres and the track listings may be a little different.
