Batch tag editing

is there a way to select a number of songs and change the tags in batches.
I have many songs that I would like to resort with different tag information but don't want to have to do it one at a time.

The R12 Alpha of dMC (mp3 and wave tagging only) can do this, there is a button to view the individual tags and move << >>

If you highlight multiple files and change the tags, it changes the tag to that particular value for all of the files. This is good for things like album title or artist, but not for things like the title of the song.

That is where R12 is better you can edit all the artists in one, then click the button (forget the name) and edit the titles individually.
