Mp3cd

It may be me being dumb but here goes. I use EasyCd creator to burn my cd's (V5 Platinum), they have an option to burn mp3's directly to disc allowing around 100 mp3 files (dependant on size) to be stored on a single disc. They call this an MP3CD and state that it can't be used in a domestic cd player but only on a PC. After trying it out I find it will not play in dbpowerAMP. Do I need a new codec or is this a non-starter?

If the CD just has mp3s on it - use explorer - browse to the mp3s, right click and select 'Play in dAP' (assuming dAP is the default player).
