HELP i bought d program but cant get it

Anybody please help, I'm using the public computer at the library and it has download restrictions. I've tried too many times, seconds after buying the program, on different computers with no success. I have exhausted my download attemps and now I have to re-register. I have tried to do so on my company's computer but I'm still having problems. I have submitted my order#, --------..., and entered what I see, ex: -----, and I still get the 'sorry, you've entered the wrong info' try again message; over and over again. please help me :smile2: my vat# eu826005198 order# ----------Thank you for your help

You cannot do this from a public computer, I'm quite sure.

You will need to disable or exit any firewall and make sure security and privacy features do not block you.

For installation of the program and using it you must have administrator priviledges as well.
