what type of file format can i use dbpower amp to convert be able to burn files to an audio cd?

To burn tracks to audio CD format you will need a burner program. Every burner program for Windows-based PC's should be able to burn wave files to CD, many will now burn .mp3 files and some may handle other file formats. Check the requirements for your burner program but if you are ever in doubt go with .wave.
